I picked up this 1961 Chevrolet BelAir "Bubble top" a year ago. A coworker found it locally in one of my teacher's shelter belts while looking for deer sheds. They were more than willing to let the car go as it had sit in their trees since before they bought the farm in the 1970s. So, being the sucker that I am for bubbletops I jumped at the opportunity to drag it home even if it's a complete basket case! Let's address some issues with this car, first thing is to find the VIN to acquire a title and install a drivetrain and pedal assemblies from last weeks 1962 BelAir donor car. I'm not really ready to part with this one as I've got more parts for it to install and I'm kind of attached but if you made me a crazy offer I might consider it. You never know!
