Sony have done an excellent job with the aesthetics of the new limited edition 30th anniversary PlayStation Portal. It looks absolutely fantastic. Sony also happened to release a major update (update 4.0.0) just a couple of days before it's release which changed EVERYTHING.

The update now means players with a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription can now stream games to the Portal directly, leaving their console free to be played by another user. This is a game changer for me since we share the console within the family. What this also means though, is that both PlayStation Portals can actually be used at the same time!
