AC/DC Power for Your Tortoises (209)

Although I mainly use pushbuttons and accessory decoders to control my Tortoise switch machines I do have a couple of control panels with AC power and toggle switches. This obviously is a much simpler and cheaper methods for Tortoise control and will work on DC as well as DCC powered layouts. So let's take a look at just how I do this.
