Hello and welcome back to Acorn Knits! After getting my mitts on the Lykke ball winder and swift, I wanted to share my experience using a ball winder for the first time EVER!
*spoiler alert*
It's amazing!
As I've never used one before, I wanted to try out three different yarns to see if there was any difference between how the ball winder handled them. I went for a yarn that was really toothy, something in the middle and then a super silky yarn. There was one little snafffooo (but which yarn was is??? You'll have to watch to find out!)
Thanks for tuning in again 💕🐿️
