Adam Peterman is a professional trail runner for HOKA living in Missoula, MT.
In 2022, the young phenom was on top of the world, winning the Western States 100 and Long Trail World Championship in the same season. Then he developed a stress fracture in his sacrum — a very serious injury that required time and diligence to recover from.
Now he’s back. This weekend, Adam takes on the Canyons 100k in an attempt to earn a Golden Ticket back to Western States. The workout we captured was a key litmus test Adam used to rebuild confidence in his body and his fitness.

— 5x flat mile repeats
