Adam is a neurologist working predominantly in the ICU, practicing critical care medicine in California. Since the realization of effortless Being, he's noticed at work the effect of watching the body-mind doing its job as if it knows exactly what to say and do but there is effortless awareness in the background watching it all happen with no investment in how it unfolds.
