He's All That (2021) is a remake/ reboot of She's All That (1999) - a lighthearted teen comedy featuring Rachael Leigh Cook in both films- first as the main outcast girl, and in the reboot, Addison Rae (Padgett's) mom. The new He's All That reboot is a gender swapped remake of She's All That, where Addison Rae has to transform the school outcast, played by Cobra Kai star Tanner Buchanan, into her new prom king when she finds her ex boyfriend cheating on her with a backup dancer to his new music video.
Addison Rae's character Padgett has to redeem her reputation online, specifically on TikTok, and become prom queen with her new boo Cam.
The movie also stars Madison Pettis, Kourtney Kardashian?? and a slew of insane product placement from Lucky Charms, Nissan, Doritos, Frito Lays, Lays, Sun Chips, Smart Food Popcorn, Ford, CORE water, Pepsi and their root beer brand, Pizza Hut, KFC, Cheerios, etc. Basically anything anyone eats in this movie is chips, pizza, and cereal.
