The last leg of our South America trip, Brazil! We made the land border crossing from the Argentina side of Iguazu Falls to the Brazil side and then took a quick flight to Rio de Janiero, a vibrant coastal city. We soaked up all the beautiful views from Sugarloaf mountain, visited one of the world wonders (my 6th one!), and of course indulged in daily bowls of Acai (the best way to cool down from the Brazilian summer heat). I have to say that the Brazilians have some of the best beach culture. From Rio we took a 6 hour turned ~8-10 hour bus ride to Sao Paolo. We only had 1 day to explore this city and we visited the many museums in the city and their Japantown because fun fact: Brazil has the largest population of people with Japanese descent outside of Japan. Brazil is one of those countries I know I’ll want to return to.
