This talk describes how to use Power BI to build out an advanced customer analytics solution. We cover techniques for cohort analysis, customer retention and customer spend analysis using DAX. We also go through building out a custom tooltip using Smart Narratives to make our cohort analysis visual easier to interpret and to draw comparisons between cohorts.
