Affirmative Action ban's fallout on college admissions

It may still be too early to know the full effects of the Supreme Court's decision banning the use of race in college admissions. The number of new Black student enrollees has dropped at elite colleges across the country. That, in part, could be because more Black students are simply choosing to go to Historically Black Colleges and Universities instead. 13News Now anchor Janet Roach takes an in-depth look at the effects of the affirmative action ban.
