Afghani Chicken Kebab is a flavorful and popular dish from Afghanistan. It consists of marinated pieces of chicken on bone, typically cooked on grilled. The marinade is rich and aromatic, often featuring yogurt, spices, and nuts. #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #easyrecipe #spicy #chicken #malai #yogurt #grill Ingredients Quantity First Marination: Whole chicken legs 2 no Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 no Black Pepper crushed 1 tsp Salt to taste Second Marination: Oil 1 tsp Butter 1 tsp Carom Seeds 1 tsp Gram Flour 2 tbsp Salt to taste Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp Cream ½ cup Curd 2-3 tbsp Oil for greasing Butter for greasing Mint Sprig for garnish Vegetable Salad for garnish Green Chutney to serve Method:- 1. Cut the chicken leg into two parts as thighs and drum sticks. Now make a 3-4 slit as shown in the video and place it in bowl. 2. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix it well. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. 3. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add carom seeds and sauté till its light brown in color. 4. Add gram flour and cook for medium flame about 1 Min. 5. Remove in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, garam masala powder, cashew nut paste and cream and mix well. 6. Add curd and mix well. 7. Put first marinated chicken into the second marination and mix well. Keep it aside for 30 min. 8. Preheat the oven at 220 c for 10-15 min. 9. Grease the baking tray with some oil. Place the chicken on it and apply some marination on top. Place tray in the oven and cook it for 12-15 min. 10. After 6-7 min. remove the chicken from the oven and turn it around. Apply the remaining marination and butter on top. Put it again in oven and cook it for 5-6 min. 11. Remove the chicken from the oven and place it on serving plate. 12. Garnish it with a mint sprig and Serve hot with some salad and green chutney.
