After a Year of 3 AM Wakeups, I Finally Fixed My Sleep | Here's How

If you're eating super low carb, keto or carnivore and dealing with insomnia, or waking up at 3:00 AM, you're not alone! I spent the last year desperate to fix this, so I used all kinds of home tracking devices to monitor my sleep, including: My Oura Ring, my Muse S at home-EEG headband as well as using a continuous glucose monitor, plus ketone monitor & glucose testing strips. I found 2 solutions that work really well together. This is what has worked for me. I want to emphasize that I've tried all other kinds of suggestions out there and the main one people recommend is increasing fat intake. This did not work for me.
