Passover has ended and this video is the day after Passover when I am putting my kosher kitchen back together. I show you moufletta, the traditional food eaten at the Mimouna celebration in Morocco, and take you along as I clean things up and rearrange my kitchen after the Passover holiday. I also answer the question about why we sell food for Passover and tell you all a crazy story that prevented me from filming the shlissel challah, the key challah, that is traditional to bake for the Shabbat after Passover.
