In this video, a window of opportunity opens, and we secide to pivot. Due to an unprecedented snowstorm in southeast Georgia, our roofing panel delivery has been delayed, but never fear, the windows are here! We cut out all the window openings to install these glassy rectangles of light permittance. It's easy enough to cut out OSB rectangles, but it's entirely another to lift the glass windows into place on our ridiculously tall house. Lil brings her muscles to the task and helps to place the windows and hold them in while Justin sends screw after screw. Window by window our off grid house grows brighter and lighter. One window at a time, we grow closer to being done with the structure so we can move on to the interior pipe and electrical!
