500gm Mutton Mince
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 Lemon
2 tsp Crushed Green Chili
1 & 1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tsp Crushed Cumin
1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
2 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
2 finely chopped Onion
1 tsp Pure Ghee
Some Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
1 tbsp Fry Onion (Birasta)
1 & 1/2 cup Millet Flour
Oil For Frying
Serve with Pav, Green Chili or Lemon.
