In this tutorial, I walk you through building a seamless customer feedback capture automation workflow using either N8N and Microsoft Power Automate. The workflows collect feedback from a customer form, then store responses in an Excel file—demonstrating how both low code platforms can achieve the same outcome with unique tools and approaches.
Starting with N8N, I build and test a workflow to capture feedback submitted via a form and store it in Excel. Then, I show you how to build the equivalent Power Automate Cloud Flow to do the same, side-by-side. For the AI-powered experience, I go on to showcase N8N’s Retrieval AI Agent and Power Platform’s Copilot Studio, using Wikipedia as the knowledge base to generate real-time answers based on questions asked by the user.
