Hello, everybody!
In this episode of "Ken Cooks Stuff", I show you how to make one of my favorite dishes—pork cutlets. Normally, these would get fried in a pan where they would soak up a ton of oil. They're delicious, but all that oil makes them unhealthy. Fortunately, this is one of those recipes that work even better in the air fryer. You use a lot less oil and end up with a lot less of a mess to clean up.
This is my first video, so I know the sound quality is not consistent and the video is a bit blurry at least twice. If you have tips or advice, please leave a comment.
Also, if you look closely, the cutlets that went into the air fryer are not the cutlets that came out of it. I somehow managed to record the wrong thing, so I had to go back and refilm that part. Because I was in a hurry, I didn't crush the crackers as much as I did the first time around. As it turns out, it really works better if you crush them finer. Big chunks of cracker tend to fall off in the air fryer.
These go great with mashed potatoes and gravy, by the way.
