Prepare the peppercorn sauce: Grind the black peppercorns, chop the garlic and shallots Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic and shallots, add black peppercorn. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce. Pour in the water and season with salt.
