AJP PR7 Doma: Like a KTM 690 But Better?!

AJP PR7 and Kove 450 Rally are the two bikes that have made me think I could sell both my current bikes and just live with the one adventure machine. CHECK the rest of the description for my thoughts about differences between these two bikes. It's very possible that there is an AJP in the future of this channel. That's how much I liked the ride on this beast. The bike is maybe on paper not quite as powerful as the KTM 690 Enduro R but the power difference in real world is not very noticeable. The AJP engine feels very grunty and strong on all rpm's and speeds during this ride. Never leaving me wanting for more. The engine has a long history and therefore it's pretty well known already even though the bike has not been on the market for very long. Parts availability should be good and the passion for building a great adventure machine definitely shows here. I hope you enjoyed the episode and subscribed to the channel 🙂 ⭐️ Thank you to Storm Service for providing the bike: https://www.stormservice.fi Pro's and cons between Kove 450 Rally and the AJP PR7 Doma: AJP PR7 Doma: Pros: + More power especially down low + Much higher torgue so "tracktor feel" on the engine + Better seat than Kove 450 Rally + Nav tablet comes as standard + Better wind protection + Oil glass for easy level checking Cons: - Much more vibrations compared to Kove which can lower comfort on long riding days. - Heavier feelin while riding. Kove is much easier in technical terrain. - Quite a lot more expensive - Worse fuel range Kove 450 Rally: Pros: + Much lower vibrations at all speeds + Much lighter and therefore easier to handle in all speeds but especially technical riding + Better handling as the engine has much less rotational mass which is very noticeable + Much more affordable + Much better fuel range (30L (8GAL)) Cons: - Less low down torque and easier to stall - Needs a separate navigation unit - Slightly worse wind protection - No way of checking oil levels without hird party mods - Engine is newer therefore not much history on reliability compared to the older engine type on the AJP 🏍️ What is the Quick Ride series meant to be? Quick Ride collection is not meant to be this rigid "review" style video that most youtubers are making. There is definitely a place for actual reviews but as I don't have access like that to these bikes I thought I would do things a bit differently than just list you a bunch of specs and hilights of these machines. I make these videos just to bring you along on a test ride of these bikes.
