秦河勝は聖徳太子の側近と言われ、太子開基の寺の建立などに尽力したことが兵庫県加古川市にある鶴林寺の案内板などに書かれています。
河勝は猿楽(現在の能・狂言)の始祖と言われ、大避神社の絵馬堂に沢山の絵馬が奉納されています。
絵馬は坂越の港に関わる海上安全など願って納められたものや、河勝が猿楽の始祖に因んだ絵馬も奉納されています。
秦氏は、京都の太秦が本拠地として知られています。
太秦にある広隆寺、大酒神社や、松尾大社、稲荷神社などは秦氏と関係があると言われています。
大陸からの多くの最新技術を持っていたと言われ、その中には寺院などの建設や河川の灌漑開発の技術にも優れていたそうです。
その技術をもとに、兵庫県にある鶴林寺や斑鳩寺の建立や、千種川沿岸の開発にも携わったのだろうと思います。
