In this episode, Vince travels to the most Northwestern part of Spain - Galicia! Here on the Atlantic coastline region of Rías Baixas is where one of Vince's favorite white wines is produced - Albariño! You’ll be blown away by the geographical diversity of this region that includes everything from lush Celtic forests and jagged cliffs, to rivers and sea ports sprinkled with fisheries that produce some of the best seafood on the planet, which happens to be the perfect pairing with crisp, salient Albariño. Vince visits the town of Cambados, home of the annual Albariño festival and gets a lesson in Spanish Celtic history in the ruins of Monte Santa Tecla...and no trip to Northwest Spain is complete without a visit to the world famous Santiago de Compostela.
