I’ve been watching a lot of Alex Bregman YouTube videos lately and I definitely recommend you do the same. You can learn a lot from watching and they are entertaining as well. In this video I show a hitting drill that I came up with after watching some Alex Bregman hitting videos. I call this the Alex Bregman Hitting Drill although he’s probably never done this hitting drill, he was the inspiration.
