Alhaji, a brutal slumlord falls for Bose his tenant’s wife. He starts trying to woo her with gifts and other devices. When she refuses his advances, he starts to threaten her with violence and ejection from his property despite their status as legal tenants. She decides to tell her husband Kamoru what has been going on. Kamoru decides to confide in his Uncle Guda, a man who understands the mysteries.
