On Monday, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg refused to lift a block on the flights to El Salvador.
During a hearing at the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals Monday, a federal appeals judge said the U.S. treated alleged Nazis better during World War II than the Trump administration treated Venezuelan migrants last week.
