Have you ever wanted to make your own pedals? I’ll share with you some basic concepts and the tools to get you started! Breadboarding is the easiest way to learn to read schematics, and learn to build your own pedals. Today I’ll show you how to build your own breadboard test box, how to use it, basics on schematics, and then build a FUZZ circuit using our newfound knowledge.

Components needed for FUZZ circuit:
Capacitors (at least 16v rating):
0.1uf Film
0.22uf Film
220pf Ceramic
10uf Electrolytic
Resistors:
1k (x2)
2.2k

Transistors:
NPN BJT (metal can recommended, BC107/108/109, others will work, experiment!)
Potentiometer:
A500k (PCB Pins)

-2x 1/4” mono jacks
-2.1mm Power jack
-DPDT On-On toggle switch

-Wire Strippers
-Hand Drill or Drill Press with 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” drill bits
