Aloo Paratha / Paratha Recipe
We are back with a new recipe of Aloo Paratha. Aloo Paratha is one of the staple foods of Punjabi cuisine but getting popular all over India Nepal and South Asia. Ideally considered as part of the breakfast, parathas are something that can be eaten all day without getting tired . Parathas are generally stuffed and you can use any vegetable for stuffing. This is the recipe for one of the popular parathas - Aloo Paratha, in which the main ingredient is aloo or potato. So, don’t wait any longer and try this easy recipe of Aloo Paratha and enjoy with lassi, butter, curd or pickle. Try this recipe at home and enjoy with family and friends. Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For Dough:
Flour (Atta) 400 gm
½ tsp Caraway Seeds (jwano)
180-200 ml water
For Stuffing:
Boiled Potatoes 5-6 medium sized
2 medium sized onions
2-3 green chilies
1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan black salt (bire nun)
1 tsp chhat masala
2 tbsp fresh coriander
Oil/Ghee/butter to fry
