Welcome to the new Odyssey of Textures Blanket! This blanket will have 20 to 24 different textured crochet squares. Each square will be a video as well as a video to join the squares and add a border. Hope you enjoy!
Written Instructions:
Puff Stitch: Yarn over and pull up a loop) 3 times in next sc, Yarn over and pull through all 7 loops on hook.
Loosely chain 26.
Row 1: Single crochet in second chain from hook and in each chain across: (25 sc)
Row 2: Chain 1, turn; single crochet in first 4 single crochets, *** [(Yarn over and pull up a loop) 3 times in next sc, Yarn over and pull through all 7 loops on hook (Puff Stitch made)], single crochet in next 3 single crochets; repeat from *** across to last single crochet, single crochet in last single crochet: 5 Puff Stitches.
Row 3: Chain 1, turn; single crochet in each stitch across.
Row 4: Chain 1, turn; single crochet in first 2 single crochet, work Puff St in next single crochet, *** single crochet in next 3 single crochet, work Puff St in next single crochet; repeat from *** across to last 2 single crochet; 6 Puff Stitches.
Row 5: Chain 1, turn; single crochet in each stitch across.
Repeat Rows 2-5 until the square measures approximately 7 inches.
Border: Chain 1, turn; 3 single crochet in corner; 25 evenly spaced single crochets along the side, repeat around; slip stitch into beginning chain 1. Fasten off.
