To make cinnabons:
Egg С0 - 2 pcs.
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Warm milk - 200 g
Dry yeast - 6 g (if the yeast is live, then 18 g)
Sugar - 60 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Flour - about 400 g
Butter at room temperature - 70 g
Filling:
Butter at room temperature - 60 g
Sugar - 70 g
Cinnamon - 15 g
Glaze:
Mascarpone - 250 g
Powdered sugar - 50 g (to taste)
