Welcome to our complete Baguio travel guide! In this video, we are combining all our Baguio travel vlogs from our first trip to the city to give you a guess at the best things to do in Baguio Philippines!
We start this video by taking a victory liner bus from Cubao to Baguio. We arrived early in the morning, got ourselves some Jollibee, and then headed to do some early morning hiking in Camp John Hay which is a beautiful area in the misty cold mornings of Baguio. After a crazy hike, we headed downtown in the city to try some Vizcos strawberry cake as Baguio is known for strawberries and this is one of the best places to eat!
The next stop was up to the rainbow village, which served as a great picture spot and a small little exploration, but not much else. Now it was time to try the famous Baguio strawberries, and what better experience to do than pick them yourselves? For 700 php we picked some strawberries and also picked up some strawberry jam and tried some strawberry ice cream!
We tried our slightly disappointing strawberries as we checked out the epic view at Mirador Heritage and Eco Park before we set off to one of the most haunted places in the Philippines: Old Diplomat Hotel, now known as the Heritage Hill and Nature Park Garden. Sadly we couldn’t go in so after getting haunted by some spooky ghosts, we went back into the city to check out the Burnham park where we got another famous strawberry item, the strawberry taho for our first taste of taho in the Philippines.
Close to the park is the 50’s diner which was a bit disappointing, unlike SM Baguio which is one of the most unique SM Malls with its outdoor concept. We had a quick walk around the mall before heading out for the day. We got tickets later for the joybus premiere bus, which is said to be one of the best buses in the Philippines!
