On November 15, 2023, the Ames Moot Court Competition Final Round took place in Ames Courtroom at Harvard Law School. The competition was presided over by Hon. Sonia Sotomayor, associate justice of the United States Supreme Court; Goodwin Liu, Supreme Court of California; and Rachel Kovner, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. This year's case was United States Occupation Safety and Health Administration v. Federici Contracting, LLC.
