Artiste Amrik Singh Arora renders songs for Goddess Kali that are presented for the listeners by INRECO.
Amrik Singh Arora also sang at school functions at Vishudha Nand Vidyalaya beside Mahajati Sadan. At age of 7 years, he had sung patriotic songs in Hindi (in 1966), at Blue Fox restaurant. Amrik Singh Arora was the first vocalist to introduce geets, ghazals, film songs Punjabi bhangra, and Bhojpuri songs here in Kolkata. He has recorded more than 2,000 modern, folk, and devotional Bengali songs. During 1983-1984 another big break came in his life in the form of devotional songs by way of Shyama Sangeet and Bhakti geet. Amrik Singh Arora, besides several performances in Kolkata with different organizations, has performed in Mumbai, Delhi, USA, and different countries of Europe. His touching voice has been critically appreciated and is superbly popular among the masses.
