But there's a simple tool farmers are being urged to have that could save a life.
It's an emergency card, left in vehicles, besides phones, on fridges, anywhere – containing critical information that could be needed in an emergency.
For one Queensland grazier, it gave her the precious minutes to help save the life of her neighbour who had an arm ripped off by a machine.
