Castle Carr in Yorkshire is an English country house with a sad history. Built as a mock Tudor /Norman castle. Its owner and his son were killed in a railway accident. The house was partially demolished in the 1960's. The demolition work was abandoned due to the fact that the workers thought the Castle haunted. It has some beautiful Victorian water gardens nearby. Built with money from Halifax water corporation. The beautiful gardens have a fountain that can shoot up to 100 feet in the air. Norma
