# Anchovies Chili Sauce
## Ingredients
* 250 grams Anchovies (Medanese anchovies or Rice anchovies)
* 250-300 grams Red and curly chili
* 30 cloves or about 150 grams Shallots
* 7 cloves or about 50 grams Garlic
* 2 sticks of Lemongrass
* 1 teaspoon Broth powder
* 1 teaspoon Dried Ebi or can be replaced with ½ teaspoon Roasted Shrimp paste, optional
* ½-1 teaspoon fine salt (depends on the level of the Anchovies saltiness that we use)
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* 500-600 ml Cooking oil, suit your taste.
