Andhra Style Gatti Pakodi (crispy Onion Pakoda)!!!

Today i am sharing with you one of the popular street food snacks among Andhra Crispy Onion Pakoda. This Crispy Onion Pakodi is so easy to make but a few essential steps and tips will give you the perfect crunchy Onion Pakodi.
* Do not add the Water in the besan
* Do not over squeeze the Onions. If so, the dough will turn to batter. We require semi-dry dough texture for the crispy Pakoda
Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo Onion sliced
4-5 Green Chilies
3 sprigs Curry leaves
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
1/2 tbsp Coriander crushed
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
Salt
Oil for deep frying
