150g 幼糖 Castor Sugar
Cook and until sugar melted dried can roll to a ball .
100ML cooking Oil / sesame oil .mixed all in wok well cooked and consistency .
Bottom Layers
Banana leaves cut into square sizes needed.
Use some cooking oil to moistures surface .
Overlap Red Skin Turtle Dumpling with Center sweetened cooked Green Bean paste ingredient wraps one another close the joint .
Mould between sizes 50g Skin / 30g filling cooked green paste mould into shapes according mould size to finished ...get around 16 pieces .
Use Mould to shape it can steam 5 - 8 minutes .Served .
