Angle Grinder HACK - How To Make A Simple Homemade Air Compressor | DIY Air Compressor
Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make air compressor at home. I used angle grinder to power this homemade air compressor. I also used scrap metals to make the frame for this diy air compressor. This homemade mini air compressor needs more torque to run, the torque from the angle grinder machine is not sufficient, So I increased the torque from the angle grinder by using the sprockets and chain. I also attached a flywheel to this diy mini air compressor on the crank shaft. While compressing the air more load is applied on the angle grinder which results to stop the angle grinder from rotating, So I used a flywheel to provide continuous rotation to this homemade air compressor machine while compressing the air. I connected two cycle pumps to this homemade air compressor on the crank shaft opposite to each other. This diy air compressor can be used for spray gun painting, tyre inflating, nail gun, air orbital sander, air impact wrench. This diy air compressor for spray gun quickly completes the painting work. This homemade air compressor can also be connected to a air tank. This diy mini air compressor is very small, compact and very light weight, So this homemade air compressor machine can be very easily portable from one place to another place without any effort. This diy homemade air compressor is very simple and easy to make at home. Making of this air compressor at home is very cheap. This amazing angle grinder hack works very well.
