I member in one of my groups on Facebook was having a problem with a file he purchased on Etsy. He asked what he should do about it. I told him I would need to see the file to identify the problem(s) with the file. he sent it to me and this a video on me figuring out why another Etsy file wouldn't work with Lightburn.
