A note about the Mousse; after the final stir, pour into individual serving cups and freeze. Place in fridge 2 hours before serving to soften it up a bit.
Ingredients for a Basic Quiche Crust from the " The Peach Tree Tea Room" by Cynthia Pedregon
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. lard or Crisco
6 Tbsp.chilled butter, in cubes
5 Tbsp. Iced water
Mix as you would any pie crust and cook in oven for 8-10 minutes before filling with Quiche mix.
