True Story of Apple Cider Vinegar's Camilla “Milla” Blake whose character is inspired by Jessica “Jess” Ainscough, popularly known as ‘The Wellness Warrior’ among her fans.
Based on the novel The Woman Who Fooled The World by Samantha Strauss and Beau Donelly, created by Nick Toscano. Produced by See-Saw Films, the series stars Kaitlyn Dever and Alycia Debnam-Carey as wellness guru Belle Gibson and her friend Milla respectively, who both use their platforms to 'cure' people. Gibson takes it too far, as she fools her following and the world with a shocking cancer diagnosis that's all based on a lie.
