Ingredients you’ll need:
APPLE FRITTER:
- 20g Flour
- 15g Protein Powder
- 40g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8tsp Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt
- 30g Greek Yogurt
- 15g SF Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 50g Peeled Diced Apple
GLAZE:
- 20g Powdered Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
- 6-8g Almond Milk (add a little at a time)
** Toss Apple Fritter in Air Fryer for 10-12 mins @ 400 °F or Oven for 18-20 mins @ 400 °F
