1/4 cup [60 ml] water
1 egg (for egg wash)

2 cups [256 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp [6 grams] sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup [115 grams] butter
7 tbsp [105 ml] ice cold water
