APRON INSTRUCTIONS:
Chain 24" Wide. Number of Chains need to be multiple of 3 + 2 more chains
Double Crochet across first row
Alternate pattern below to make a waffle pattern:
At beginning of each row, chain 3
ROW 1: 2 Double Crochets (DC), 1 Front Post Double Crochet (FPDC), 2 Double Crochet(DC), 1 FPDC, repeat
ROW 2: 2 FPDC, 1 DC, 2 FPDC, 1 DC
The rows are opposite of the one below. Where there are double crochets on one row, the next row, that same place is Front Post Double Crochet.
Strap:
Row 1: Chain 20 inches , double crochet in FPDC, and decrease double crochet in DC on apron body - repeat, then chain 20 inches for other strap
Row 2: Double crochet in straps, on apron body do a decrease double crochet, DC - repeat across body, double crochet in chains for straps.
Repeat for Total of 3 rows
Pocket 4.5" square - Half double crochet in back loops, chaining 2 at beginning of each row
