Red mirch powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil as needed
a pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp carom seeds
1 finely chopped green chilli
1 inch chopped ginger
1 medium chopped onion
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 medium tomato puree
1/2 cup curd
1.5 cup water
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves
