Chocolate Ganache to coat the inside of the cakes
I use a 3-1 ratio to coat the outside of the cake and a 2-1 ratio to coat the inside
3-1 ratio ( to coat the outside of the cake ) :
600 grams of milk chocolate buttons , 200 ml of thickened cream melted together
2-1 ratio ( for the inside filling so its softed )
300 grams of milk chocolate buttons , 150 ml of thickened cream melted together
