On the road in Lawrence, the Arizona Wildcats defeated the Kansas Jayhawks, 74-59 in Big 12 Women’s Basketball play. Lauryn Swann led the Wildcats with 17 points and added 4 rebounds in the win. Isis Beh added 10 points and 10 rebounds for Arizona as well. S’Mya Nichols led the Jayhawks with 21 points in defeat.
