Art Therapy Activity for Anxiety - 10 years ago, my meditation teacher told me to “let my thoughts float by like clouds…” I’ve taken his advice to heart through out my life as I’ve struggled on and off with anxiety. In this video, I share a calming and mindful art activity to help you ease your anxieties by turning them into clouds with acrylic paint. I have always found peace in staring up at the clouds, so this art activity is very dear to my heart. I hope you take some time this week to give back to yourself.
