There’s been many times in my life where I’ve felt like my heart and spirit is shattered into a million pieces. I’ve felt broken and unable to put the pieces back together. Feelings of deep despair, pain and hopelessness have consumed me and this year was no exception. Today, in my new Youtube video I share an Art Therapy activity to help rebuild yourself back up when you’re feeling broken. Piece by piece, you will be guided to build an image of hope and courage using paper mosaic. There is always an opportunity of growth in being broken and if we have the courage to build ourselves back up, the gift will appear.
