You know the voice that tells you, you’re not enough, that judges and criticizes everything you do? That is our inner critic. Listening to this voice can take a toll of on our self-esteem and lead us to live life in a constant state of fear. One way I’ve been able to overcome my inner critic is by acknowledging it, identifying it and responding to it. Today, I share an Art Therapy activity to help you overcome your inner critic by building a relationship to it. If you decide to try this exercise, please share with me, I would love to see it!
