Video Not Working? Fix It Now

My online program in Jungian Art is now open for applications: https://www.iabet.fi/jungian-art-online-program In this video I will show you how to use parts work in art therapy to integrate internal aspects that have been fragmented through trauma. We will explore two opposing parts through painting, drawing, writing, movement and sound. We will then look at the relationship between the two aspects and finally integrate these fragmented aspects. The method is closely related to internal family systems therapy and uses the multimodal approach of expressive arts therapy. This exercise will be good for trauma resolution, indecisiveness, feeling of being stuck or situations where you feel like your behavior moves from one extreme to another. You might also find this activity useful if you practice or are a student of art therapy and are looking for new techniques to use creative processes with clients. Here is the video by Teal Swan to learn more about parts work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxMD4tSHwfc&t=210s Materials I used: Crayons: https://amzn.to/3LN9NGZ Paints: https://amzn.to/3ym5bVk
